This recently renovated holiday home extends over a generous 200 square metres of living space and is surrounded by a carefully tended garden, which includes a private swimming pool for sole use with impressive views of the surrounding hills.

Casa Piane Pettirossi is an oasis of peace and comfort and can accommodate up to eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms. The centrepiece of the house is the open, light-flooded kitchen, which flows into a long dining table. In the modern cucina you will find all the modern conveniences you need to give free rein to your cooking skills or to let a dedicated chef from the region do the cooking – a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, thermometer as well as an espresso machine, toaster, electric orange squeezer and kettle. A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, while coffee lovers can enjoy the benefits of a high-quality ‘ECM’ espresso machine with portafilter and coffee grinder.

The cosy living room on the ground floor offers an inviting atmosphere with an L-shaped sofa, projector and cinema screen – the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. There is also a small double bedroom on this level with an en-suite bathroom in natural stone walls with its own entrance and terrace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired. Another spacious living room with a glazed wood-burning stove, butterfly chairs and an inviting sofa offers an additional retreat in the heart of these weekdays.

On the top floor, the master bedroom awaits you with a double bed and an elegant, free-standing bathtub that offers you an incomparable view of the Marche hills. A separate WC completes this private area.

The gardens of the villa (approx. 2000 m²) are a feast for the eyes with their lavender and rosemary borders and offer two covered terraces, a pergola with a dining table for ten people, a barbecue grill with outdoor kitchen and sun loungers and a spacious lounge area.
